This trip I'm traveling with my youngest son Jiro, for the first four weeks. We arrived in Singapore via Toyko and spent a few hours sleeping in the transit hotel at the Changi airport. We then heading into Singapore via the subway for a brief day of sightseeing, trying to cram as many activities in as possible before our next plane left in the afternoon. Highlights of that day include
walking around, admiring the British historical architecture, along with the new skyscrapers. We rode the hop on/off bus and the subway, both clean and efficient ways to travel. Lunch was char shu and duck with rice at the Chinatown food court.
